What are your delivery options?

Standard delivery starts at £2.95 our postage costs are in line with Royal Mail charges.. We retain proof of postage for any disputes with Royal Mail. We do not refund items not received - please ask us for proof of postage which you will require for your Royal Mail Claim. The link to claim is Online Claim ( Postage is covered up to £20 in value if you require more cover please request a postage quote prior to purchase.

Local Delivery to Middlewich / Sandbach/ Winsford and Holmes Chapel postcodes are currently free – Please use code CHESHPOST when placing your order to obtain free delivery. WE WILL ONLY ATTEMPT FREE DELIVERY ONCE!

Collection of items is between 4.30pm- 8.30pm Monday to Friday and by arrangement ONLY. Please do not turn up to collect without prior arrangement. Weekend collection may be available.

Where possible we aim to deliver or dispatch items within 24 hours. Black Dog Boutique are not responsible for delays in relation to Royal Mail. or any items lost via Royal Mail.

How do I return an item?

All required returns / exchanges must be requested within 14 days of your order date . Please email your request to with the following information:

*Please note the item must still have the tag attached and be in unworn , unused and unwashed condition with no makeup marks. Postage costs in relation to returns will ONLY be covered by Black Dog Boutique if the item is damaged upon receipt or faulty - this is capped at £2.95.

Items can be collected / returned or exchanged in person 4pm-8.30pm Monday to Friday.Please do confirm the date and time you wish to collect your items. 


Sale Items are non refundable or returnable. Sale items cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty upon receipt. You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty good within 30 days (as per the Consumer Right Act) This does not apply to items marked as defected or faulty upon the product listing.
